The Beat Goes On p.29: Roll Call



With Stacey Wolinski's testimony putting the hook in Fred Cooper, Detective Trousers is ready to reel in the line and see if it breathes out of water. Problem is, looks like Fred Cooper was the worm in this story. His reputation might not be soiled yet, but he's definitely in the hole.
